About Us

With a background of Yoga, Om is into full time Teaching yoga in a wide range of environments from the local resident of Jaipur to yoga teachers around the world, he is an experienced Yoga instructor committed to make a difference in the educational field by applying wide knowledge of Yogic philosophy & Psychology.

With over 15 years of diverse experience in teaching, Om is qualified to draw from various practices and incorporate them into a rich and satisfying experience. His philosophy on yoga is this find and faces the challenges on the mat, so that we may live our lives effortlessly. His classes are challenging, uplifting, and approachable, as he takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga, and brings you into your own sacred space.

Through a variety of poses, and conscious sequencing, om’s classes and workshops will build strength, flexibility, and balance through stability, as well as provide the space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness you're looking for in your practice.

Hatha Yoga

(8 am to 9.15 am)


Hatha yoga is a very systematic and traditional practice of yoga. We can say mother of all modern yoga styles. It's a way of practise which makes you feel yourself, it’s a journey to find own self, it makes you flexible as well as strong at same time, The flow of performing yogasana helps to keep your mind calm and happy. It teaches you the patience and makes your body and mind very stable. Classes will be from Monday to Friday only.

Restorative Yoga (Prop-Based Yoga)

(10.00 am to 11.15 am)

This yoga style is a very useful to make your body in a good align. Long time hold in to the asana with props helps you to relax and make your joint and muscles stress free. It's best as a rejuvenation and restoration. It also helps in all ailment, it's best for any disease. Restorative yoga will be from Monday to Friday only.

Intensive

(3 Days)


It’s a good program of practicing yoga intensively. A good practice of 3-4 hours every day, which includes practice of Kriya - Mudra - Pranayam and Meditation along with the advance yogasana practices. This helps you to grow well as a yoga practitioner by making you to realise about your weakness and strength of yoga practice.

Yoga Further Training Course

( 100 RYS / 200 RYS / 300 RYS )

Yoga Further Training Course is a best way to learn yoga. It's detail knowledge of all steps of yoga. This course is designed for students to learn all eight limbs of Yoga. As we teach all kriyas - Pranayama - Mudra - Yogasanas and Meditation. It includes yoga philosophy, the knowledge of traditional as well as modern yoga.

Yoga Training Routine

  • Morning prctice starts at 7 am
  • Yoga kriya & Pranayana - 7 to 8 am
  • Yogasana practice Hatha Yoga - 8 to 10 am
  • Breakfast break - 10 to 10:30 am
  • Restorative Yoga (Prop-based style) - 10:30 am to 12 pm
  • Break - 12 to 3 pm
  • Theory with one break - 3 to 6 pm
